Social workers who provided services to clients with certain managed care organizations, including CIGNA HealthCare, may be eligible to receive proceeds from a class-action litigation settlement. Services must have been provided between January 1, 1990 and December 29, 2004 . Social workers ARE included in the category of health care providers that are covered by the settlement, although social work is not specifically listed. The settlement agreement is subject to final court approval at a hearing to be held on April 26, 2005 .
