Palliative and End of Life Care Highlights

End of Life Initiative
  • NASW has defined “end of life” as one of its new initiatives. The objectives of the initiative are:
  • Raising public visibility of the role of social work in end of life care;
  • Improving end of life services by increasing practice tools for NASW members;
  • Advocating for high quality in end of life services; and
  • Securing funding that expand end of life strategies for NASW and the social work profession.
